Local privilege escalation via bound-chain use-after-free

Use-after-free in Linux Kernel 5.9 through 6.4 allows local users to gain elevated privileges through nf_tables rule deletion. During nf_tables_delrule() rule flushing, the code fails to detect a bound chain, allowing its owner rule to release objects that remain in use. Exploitation requires local low-privilege access and reachable unprivileged user namespaces; successful abuse can execute code with elevated kernel privileges or crash the system.
