Improper access control in HubSpot 1.29441 allows remote attackers to read user records through an unauthenticated REST API request. The /api/external-options/v2/pagedFetch/0-1/OWNER endpoint processes a supplied portalId and returns OWNER records without enforcing authentication or authorization. No account or user interaction is required; the published impact is limited to disclosure of users' data, with no integrity or availability effect reported.
