Authenticated file disclosure via file parameter traversal
Published Sep 14, 2023 · Updated Sep 26, 2024
Path traversal in i-doit Pro 25 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files via a crafted file parameter. The file-manager routes at / and /index.php accept ../ sequences in the file parameter and return files outside the intended directory. Any valid low-privilege account can request files readable by the web service, including application configuration and operating-system files.
