Script execution via unencoded color parameter
Published Jul 20, 2023 · Updated Jul 9, 2026
Reflected cross-site scripting in IceWarp Server 10.2.1 allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser via the color parameter. The webmail response reflects the color parameter into HTML without adequate output encoding, allowing crafted markup to execute as script. Exploitation requires a user to open a crafted request; successful script runs in that user's IceWarp web origin and can read or alter session-accessible data.
