Unauthenticated code execution via unchecked page parameter
Published Jul 10, 2023 · Updated Jan 6, 2025
Stack overflow in Tenda AC1206 15.03.06.23, F1202 1.2.0.20(408), and FH1202 1.2.0.20(408) allows remote attackers to execute code. The fromSetIpBind handler passes the user-supplied page parameter to sprintf without a length check, overflowing the stack buffer gotopage. An unauthenticated HTTP request to /goform/fromSetIpBind can crash the router or execute code with the web service's privileges.
