CVE-2023-3770Network attack vector

Device-information disclosure via unauthenticated discovery requests

Published Oct 2, 2023 · Updated Sep 20, 2024

Improper input validation in Ingeteam INGEPAC DA3451 0.29.2.42 allows remote attackers to read device-specific information over UDP. The discovery service on UDP port 1925 accepts unauthenticated discovery requests and returns device-identifying data without validating requester authorization. Access to the device's network is required, and the disclosed data is public, non-confidential discovery information with no reported write or availability impact.
