Database disclosure via injectable event_id query
Published Aug 8, 2023 · Updated Oct 10, 2024
SQL injection in SourceCodester Judging Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read database data through a crafted event_id value. deductScores.php incorporates the GET value into a MySQL query without neutralizing SQL syntax, enabling boolean-, error-, stacked-query, and time-based payloads. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the published evidence demonstrates information disclosure rather than host command execution.
