Denial of service in InterGard SGS 8.7.0 allows remote authenticated users to block account access through the Change Password handler. A published demonstration shows the handler changing every account password in bulk, preventing legitimate users from signing in. Low-privileged SGS access is required, and the demonstrated consequence is account lockout rather than a process crash or data loss.
