Authenticated runtime crash via inconsistent CmpAppBP requests

Improper input validation in CODESYS products before 3.5.19.20 or 4.10.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to crash a runtime. CmpAppBP accepts CODESYS-protocol requests with inconsistent content and reads an internally derived invalid address instead of rejecting the malformed data. A valid login is required, and successful exploitation interrupts the affected controller or simulation runtime without disclosed data access or code execution.
