Controller file tampering via unfiltered CmpApp uploads

Arbitrary file upload in affected CODESYS Control V3 runtimes allows remote authenticated users to alter controller files over the network. CmpApp accepts crafted download requests without applying the file-type filtering used by CmpFileTransfer, permitting files with otherwise blocked extensions. Successful product authentication is required, and uploaded content can compromise runtime integrity.
