Runtime crash via invalid-address read

Improper input validation in CODESYS CmpApp before 3.5.19.20 or 4.10.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to crash runtimes. CmpApp accepts CODESYS-protocol requests with inconsistent content and uses them in an internal read from an invalid address. A valid user login is required, and successful exploitation interrupts the affected controller, HMI, or simulation runtime.
