Binary hijacking in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform Installer 420 and 430 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The installer creates an executable in a temporary directory without protecting it from replacement before execution. Exploitation requires adjacent-network access, authentication, and a user-driven installation; the substituted executable runs with installer privileges.
