Code execution via unchecked project archive paths

Path traversal in OpenRefine before 3.7.4 allows remote attackers to execute code by convincing a user to import a crafted project. FileProjectManager.untar joins each tar entry name to destDir and writes it without first confirming that the normalized path remains inside that directory. A local OpenRefine user must import the archive; traversal writes can replace auto-reloaded application classes and execute code in the OpenRefine process.
