Code execution via callable-string repository specifications

Code injection in Zenstruck Collection before 0.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute callable PHP functions through repository input. EntityRepository::find() and query() treat any string accepted by is_callable() as a callback and invoke it with query-builder arguments. Reachability requires a consuming application to pass an attacker-controlled callable name into either method, limiting execution to PHP functions compatible with that invocation.
