Authenticated administrator-context script execution via stored XSS
Published Aug 22, 2023 · Updated Oct 3, 2024
Stored XSS in HPE Networking EdgeConnect Orchestrator allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in an administrator's browser. The web interface stores user-controlled content without sufficient neutralization and later includes it in a page viewed by an administrator; HPE has not identified the affected field, endpoint, or function. Exploitation requires authenticated access and administrator interaction, and the script runs only in the affected interface's browser context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
