SSRF, data exposure, and DoS via connection testing

SSRF and resource exhaustion in Apache Airflow before 2.7.0 allow remote authenticated users to read connection data and interrupt service. The UI and REST test endpoint pass attacker-controlled connection parameters to a provider hook's test_connection method and return its result. Connection-edit privileges are required; crafted destinations cause server-side outbound requests, while repeated tests consume webserver capacity.
