Service interruption via unchecked NULL pointer

NULL-pointer dereference in Samsung Exynos processors and modems allows remote attackers to interrupt service via a malformed NR MM packet. The Shannon MM Task processes the packet without validating a NULL pointer, causing abnormal termination when that pointer is dereferenced. Unauthenticated network reachability to the NR mobility-management path is sufficient, and the documented consequence is availability loss only.
