Code execution via unchecked PGS subtitle length

Heap-based buffer overflow in GStreamer before 1.20.7 or 1.22.4 allows remote attackers to execute code through a crafted PGS subtitle. The PGS Blu-ray subtitle decoder copies a user-controlled data length into a heap buffer without validating that the allocation is large enough. Exploitation requires an application to process the malicious subtitle; the overwrite can crash that application or execute code in its process.
