Wireless configuration changes via unauthenticated DDP requests
Published May 7, 2024 · Updated Sep 18, 2024
Missing authentication in the DDP service in D-Link DAP-2622 firmware 1.00 and earlier allows attackers to alter wireless settings. The DDP Set SSID List functionality accepts configuration-changing requests without first authenticating the sender. Attackers must have adjacent-network reachability; successful requests can modify wireless authentication settings and interrupt service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
