Script execution via unsanitized report usernames
Published Jul 7, 2023 · Updated Nov 20, 2024
Stored cross-site scripting in Zoho ManageEngine ADAudit Plus 7091 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run script in report viewers. The username field accepts unsanitized JavaScript and stores it in certain reports, whose rendering executes the payload in an authorized user's browser. A user must be able to populate the username field, and an authorized user must load the affected report; execution can expose or alter data available to that viewer.
