Administrator code execution via crafted certificate upload

Arbitrary code execution in MISP 2.4.172 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP through a crafted server-sync certificate. ServersController::__saveCert derives the stored filename from an uploaded certificate extension and writes its contents without restricting that extension or validating an X.509 certificate. Administrator access is required, and successful exploitation executes code in the MISP service process context.
