Pipeline data injection via unverified child UIDs

Improper authenticity verification in Tekton Pipelines 0.35.0 through 0.49.0 allows remote authenticated users to inject TaskRun results. ChildStatusReference records omit the child UID, so the controller accepts a crafted same-name TaskRun with matching ownership metadata as the expected child. TaskRun creation permission is required; injected output can replace trusted pipeline data, while unrestricted TaskRun users gain no additional capability.
