Session theft via unsanitized notification template upload

Stored XSS in OCS Inventory NG 2.12.0 allows remote authenticated users to steal an administrator's session cookie. The ocsreports notification-template upload stores attacker-supplied HTML without neutralizing script content, which executes when an administrator views the template. Administrator access is required to change the mail template, and exploitation also requires a logged-in administrator to view it; debug mode additionally exposes a password hash.
