Stored script execution via unsanitized Vue HTML sinks
Published Jul 25, 2023 · Updated Oct 3, 2024
Stored XSS in FIT2CLOUD DataEase before 1.18.9 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in another user's browser. PDFPreExport.vue and LazyTree.vue pass attacker-controlled dashboard and directory names to Vue v-html sinks without neutralizing HTML. The attacker needs a collaborating account, and a second user or administrator must export the dashboard to PDF or expand the move-to tree; execution can disclose browser cookies.
