Authorization bypass in Huawei HarmonyOS 2.0.0 and 3.0.0 and EMUI 12.0.0 and 13.0.0 allows remote attackers to rewrite modem NVRAM. The atcmdserver module permits commands arriving from the modem to be intercepted and used for unauthorized NVRAM writes. Huawei has not published the required network path or interception primitive; the same flaw can facilitate exploitation of other vulnerabilities.
