Unauthenticated command execution via FileName injection

Command injection in TOTOLINK LR350 9.3.5u.6369_B20220309 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary system commands. The setUploadSetting handler formats the FileName parameter with snprintf and passes the result to system() without neutralizing shell metacharacters. The published HTTP request reaches /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi without session credentials, and successful exploitation runs commands with the router service's privileges.
