Unauthenticated command injection via ussd parameter
Published Jul 7, 2023 · Updated Nov 14, 2024
Command injection in TOTOLINK LR350 firmware 9.3.5u.6369_b20220309 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via the ussd parameter. The setUssd function incorporates the supplied ussd value into a command string and passes it to the system shell without neutralizing command metacharacters. The endpoint is network reachable without authentication, so a remote attacker can run commands with the router's firmware privileges and affect confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
