Unauthenticated command execution via unsanitized hostname

Command injection in TOTOLINK LR350 9.3.5u.6369_B20220309 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through hostname. In setOpModeCfg, selecting proto 1 sends the hostname-derived V48 value directly to doSystem, which invokes system without neutralizing shell metacharacters. The management CGI must be network-reachable; the published request includes a session cookie, although NVD assesses exploitation as requiring no privileges.
