Process crash via null-page read in HasInlinees

Denial of service in ChakraCore master commit cbb9b allows local users to crash the engine by executing crafted JavaScript. A crafted sequence of asynchronous functions drives stack walking into Js::EntryPointInfo::HasInlinees, which reads address 0x20 near the null page. Running the JavaScript is the required user interaction, and exploitation aborts the affected process without reported data disclosure or modification.
