Session fixation in Honeywell PM42, PM45, and PX940 firmware allows remote attackers to impersonate printer web sessions. The printer web application generates insecure session identifiers that a complex prediction method can guess instead of providing unpredictable credentials. Exploitation requires network access and user interaction, after which the attacker gains the victim session's access to printer data and controls.
