Stored XSS via unfiltered extra-field text

Stored cross-site scripting in Chamilo 1.11.0 through 1.11.20 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. ExtraField::return_form creates display_text and default_value inputs through generic addElement calls, bypassing the filtered text-input helpers before the values are stored and rendered. Administrative privileges are required to save a payload, and a separate user must open the affected extra-fields view for the script to execute in that user's browser context.
