Unauthenticated root code execution via Telnet enablement

Authentication bypass in Jlink AX1800 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through an unauthenticated router API. The web management interface accepts an unauthenticated POST to /web/um_telnet_set.cgi, enabling Telnet with known administrative credentials. Network access to the management interface is sufficient to enable Telnet, sign in as admin, and invoke su for root access.
