MME crash via missing NAS PDU validation

Null pointer dereference in Magma MME 1.8.0 and earlier allows network-adjacent attackers to crash the MME with a malformed S1AP message. The s1ap_mme_handle_initial_ue_message function fails to reject an Initial UE Message without the mandatory NAS_PDU element and dereferences the resulting null pointer. Access to the S1 interface through a nearby device or compromised base-station path is required, and exploitation interrupts MME service without reported data disclosure or modification.
