MME crash via missing S1AP identifier

Null pointer dereference in Magma MME 1.8.0 and earlier allows network-adjacent attackers to crash the MME with a malformed S1AP packet. The s1ap_mme_handle_erab_modification_indication handler dereferences the ie pointer after a field lookup returns null for a missing eNB_UE_S1AP_ID. Reachability requires access to the S1 interface, such as through a compromised base station, and one malformed packet terminates the MME and interrupts LTE core service.
