MME crash via unchecked ResetType field

Null pointer dereference in the Magma MME 1.8.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the service with a malformed S1AP Reset packet. The Reset handler leaves the protocol-IE pointer null when ResetType is absent, then dereferences it while accessing the ResetType choice. Access to the S1 interface is required; a single unauthenticated packet interrupts MME processing and associated cellular service.
