Remote MME crash via missing Supported TAs

Reachable assertion in Open5GS MME 2.6.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the service via a malformed S1Setup Request. The s1ap_handle_s1_setup_request function leaves SupportedTAs unset when the required field is absent, then passes that null value to ogs_assert. The attacker must reach the S1AP interface as a base station or through its protected network; repeated packets terminate the MME and interrupt cellular service.
