MME crash via failed S1AP error response

Reachable assertion in Open5GS MME 2.6.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to repeatedly crash the service via malformed S1AP packets. The s1ap_handle_path_switch_request function sends an error indication when a Path Switch Request omits MME_UE_S1AP_ID, then asserts when that error response fails. Access to the S1AP interface is required; each trigger terminates the MME and interrupts LTE control-plane service until it restarts.
