Authenticated SQL injection via unsanitized category parameter
Published Jul 17, 2023 · Updated Nov 21, 2024
SQL injection in add-product.php in CampCodes Beauty Salon Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter database queries. The handler incorporates the category parameter into an SQL statement without neutralizing SQL syntax, so crafted input changes the statement executed by MySQL. Access to the administrator product-management function is required, and successful exploitation permits reading or modifying application data and interrupting database-backed operations.
