Unauthenticated code execution via provider-name size truncation

A buffer overflow in Microsoft Message Queuing on affected Windows builds allows remote attackers to execute code via crafted messages. The HTTP message-processing path truncates an untrusted provider-name size to 16 bits when calculating a buffer, then uses the full value when copying the name. Message Queuing must be installed and reachable; successful exploitation runs code in the service context without authentication or user interaction.
