Local memory disclosure via unterminated provider property

Improper null termination in Windows Cryptographic Services allows local users to disclose LSASS memory through KeyIso RPC calls. SPCryptSetProviderProperty stores a caller-supplied Use Context buffer without a wide-character terminator, while SPCryptGetProviderProperty scans it as a terminated string and copies bytes beyond the allocation. Low-privileged or AppContainer access is sufficient to leak adjacent heap data, which can disclose pointers and support a separate exploitation chain.
