RPD crash via reachable L2VPN assertion

Reachable assertion in RPD in Juniper Networks Junos OS and Junos OS Evolved allows local users to crash the daemon via an L2VPN command. RPD accepts a specific low-privilege L2VPN command and reaches an assertion that terminates the process, which then restarts. Repeated command execution sustains the routing-service interruption; no confidentiality or data-modification impact is reported.
