Open redirect via Base64-encoded redirectTo parameter
Published Jul 16, 2023 · Updated Nov 21, 2024
Open redirect in LivelyWorks Articart 2.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to redirect other users to an attacker-chosen site. The /change-language/de_DE route accepts a crafted Base64-encoded redirectTo value as the redirect destination without restricting its target. A low-privileged user must persuade another user to follow a crafted request; exploitation redirects that user's browser to an untrusted site.
