Authenticated file disclosure via unsanitized template path

Path traversal in Knowage Server before 8.1.8 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files via templateName. DossierActivityResource.getresourcePath concatenates templateName directly onto the dossier resource directory and reads the resulting path without normalization or containment validation. Any low-privileged account can retrieve files readable by the server process, including configuration files containing database, HMAC, or Tomcat credentials.
