Buffer over-read in Microsoft Windows Server DHCP Server service allows remote attackers to disclose memory contents through network requests. Microsoft identifies CWE-126 but has not disclosed the affected function, malformed DHCP field, or exact out-of-bounds read. The DHCP Server role must be installed and reachable; exploitation requires no authentication or user interaction and affects confidentiality only.
