Authenticated database access via crafted item identifier
Published Jul 15, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
SQL injection in Lost and Found Information System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read or modify database data via a crafted id parameter. Published material identifies the save_item handler in classes/Master.php and its id parameter but does not disclose the SQL statement or exact unsafe operation. A low-privileged session is required; successful injection permits database reads or modifications and can interrupt the application.
