Authenticated database extraction via unescaped pageId query
Published Aug 31, 2023 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
SQL injection in EDGARROJAS WooCommerce PDF Invoice Builder 1.2.89 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to extract database data via pageId. The export handler in woocommerce-pdf-invoice-ajax.php inserts the user-supplied pageId into an existing SQL query without sufficient escaping or preparation. Subscriber-level WordPress access is sufficient; the demonstrated consequence is extraction of sensitive database information through appended queries.
