Root code execution via unsanitized SCEP name

Command injection in Siemens RUGGEDCOM ROX devices before 2.16.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code as root. The web interface passes the SCEP CA Certificate Name parameter to a command without server-side input sanitization. A privileged account and network access to the management interface are required, after which injected commands run with root privileges.
