Host CPU exhaustion via null ECC point

Denial of service in Microsoft Windows vTPM allows local users in a Hyper-V guest to exhaust host CPU through a crafted TPM command. The TPM2_ECDH_KeyGen handler repeatedly calls CryptEccPointMultiply when a guest-controlled null ECC point returns error 0x154, trapping vmsp.exe in an infinite loop. A low-privilege user needs access to a Hyper-V guest with virtual TPM enabled; recovery requires rebooting the host.
