Published Jun 19, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Server-side request forgery in Brainstorm Force Spectra 2.6.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to reach arbitrary URLs. The template_importer function accepts a caller-controlled location and makes the corresponding request from the WordPress server without sufficient authorization. Contributor-level access is required; successful use can query or modify reachable internal services.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.

Attacks
What attackers are doing with it
Daily unique IPs observed by Shadowserver honeypots for known exploited vulnerabilities (KEVs). Missing observations do not establish an absence of attacks.
