System-setting disclosure via stolen GUI session

Improper privilege management in affected FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer releases allows remote authenticated users to read system settings. The management API accepts a stolen GUI session ID from an API administrator without enforcing the intended privilege boundary. Exploitation requires API-admin access plus a stolen active GUI session and exposes protected configuration, including mail-server settings.
